Marxist! Marxist! Marxist!
October 28, 2008
In the 1980's, the twentieth century's greatest president, Ronald Reagan, frequently spoke about the dead hand of liberalism and the deleterious effects it had on our society, our economy and our country.
He drove the Democrats nuts.
Eventually, George Soros (the current benefactor of Barack Obama) and his friends ran a full-page ad in the New York Times imploring President Reagan to stop using the term 'liberal' as a pejorative.
Reagan responded by looking directly into the next camera he could find and saying: "Liberal! Liberal! Liberal!".
The crowd roared its approval.
After having endured stagflation, high unemployment and interest rates, long lines for gasoline, low stock prices, and humiliation abroad, all of which resulted from years of Jimmy Carter's fecklessness and incompetence, Americans had had enough of liberals and their 'hate America' philosophy.
Eventually, liberals could no longer tolerate the stigma, went into the closet and emerged as 'Secular Progressives'.

The term 'secular' is particularly apt since, in the context of their philosophy and life-style, it means 'Godless'.
There is nothing progressive, however, about a liberal.
Regardless of the term they apply to themselves, liberals or secular progressives are Marxist, socialist throwbacks to the failed and discredited philosophies, ideologies and policies of their brethren in the Soviet Union, Communist China, North Korea and Cuba.
The failed economies and ruthless oppression of the aforementioned countries are testaments to the failure of Marxism and socialism.
Socialism is defined as an economic and political theory advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, and a system of society in which there is no private property.
Essentially, it's an economic system that seizes private property through confiscatory taxation and other methods.
Marxism is a theory and practice of socialism including the labor theory of value, dialectical materialism, the class struggle, and dictatorship of the proletariat until the establishment of a classless society.
Proletariat is defined as the poorest or propertyless class of working people. You can see them out on the streets, working for ACORN, busy trying to steal the election.
Marxism is basically the political enforcement arm of socialist economic policy. ACORN is the muscle for that enforcement arm.
It was Karl Marx who coined the phrase "Religion is the opiate of the people".
President John F. Kennedy described Marxists as "the Godless materialists who oppose us."
He's probably 'spinning in his grave' at the prospect of putting one of them in the White House, regardless of endorsements from Teddy and Caroline.
Even though Barack Obama has spent nearly $600 million attempting to obscure his past, his record, and his real beliefs and intentions, and has been aided and abetted in this scheme by a willing media, the available information indicates that he fits the Marxist/Socialist mold.
We know from his utterances to Joe the Plumber and from the audio tape of his 2001 radio interview with WBEZ-Chicago (for which we can thank Naked Emperor News) that he wants to redistribute wealth and that he doesn't much care for the Constitution of the United States of America.
Here are his exact words:
To Joe the Plumber:
"It's not that I want to punish your success, I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they've got a chance at success too. I think when you spread the wealth around it's good for everybody."
Barack Obama doesn't care, apparently, for Benjamin Franklin's philosophy that "The Constitution only guarantees the American people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself".
What did old Ben know about the Constitution anyway? He only helped write it.
On WBEZ-Chicago, Obama said:
"If you look at the victories and failures of the Civil Rights Movement, and its litigation strategy in the Court, I think where it succeeded was to vest formal rights in previously dispossessed peoples, so that I would now have the right to vote, I would now be able to sit at a lunch counter and order and as long as I could pay for it I'd be ok.
Obama: Redistribution Of Wealth, The U.S. Constitution, And What The Government Must Do On Your Behalf
"But the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and of more basic issues of political and economic justice in the society. And to that extent as radical as I think people tried to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution, at least as it has been interpreted. And the Warren Court interpreted it in the same way that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties says what the states can't do to you, says what the federal government can't do to you, but it doesn't say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf.
"And that hasn't shifted, and one of the, I think, the tragedies of the Civil Rights Movement was because the Civil Rights Movement became so Court focused, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributive change, and in some ways we still suffer from that". (Listen to the audio tape.)
Barack Obama is here from the government and he's going to help you.
It doesn't matter if you want his help or not, he's going to free the United States from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution.
He can't get the Supreme Court to ignore Ben Franklin and those pesky restraints (at least not until he can appoint some new justices), so he's going to use his enforcement arm, ACORN, to break the rules, steal the election and, with a large Democrat majority in Congress, do whatever he thinks is in your best interests.
That includes confiscating your property through higher taxes so that he can redistribute your wealth to ACORN.
Remember Marxism and dictatorship of the proletariat until the establishment of a classless society?
The proletariat is ACORN and they're trying to dictate this election. Why not? Afterwards they'll be in charge.
Eventually, Barack and the Democrats will get around to a wealth tax.
They're already talking about seizing your 401K and handing it over to the Social Security Administration to "manage" on your behalf.
We'll have a classless society. We'll all be poor.
Maybe you haven't heard that Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid also intend to take away secret ballots from workers during union elections.
These people aren't democrats, they're Marxists.
What could be more fundamental to democracy than the right to cast one's ballot in secrecy?
Even George McGovern has been appearing in television ads deploring the prospect of union enforcers intimidating workers into voting for unionization.
Another operating philosophy of Marxism is control of the media.
Of course, when large numbers of media personalities are enthralled with you (e.g., Chris Matthews getting a chill up his leg when Obama speaks) who needs to bludgeon them into line?
There are the occasional troublemakers though.
Obama and his operatives have that under control.
A few weeks ago, two prosecutors and one sheriff in Missouri announced on television that they would arrest and prosecute anyone who ran anti-Obama commercials of which they disapproved.
Shortly after that, Obama moved ahead of McCain in the Missouri polls.
A few days ago, anchor woman Barbara West of WFTV in Florida asked Joe Biden if Obama's policies were Marxist.
The Obama campaign squealed like a stuck pig. No lipstick required.
They cancelled Mrs. Biden's previously scheduled interview with WFTV and wrote a letter to the station telling them that there would be no further interviews with the Obama campaign.
The station managers were so frightened that they cancelled further airings of the West/Biden interview.
Message received.
It's not nice to reveal the truth about Big Brother.
We, however, won't go quietly into the darkness of an oppressive regime.
We unabashedly call it what it is.
Marxist! Marxist! Marxist!
